Open A Group Discussion on Humanitarian Issues

Hi Safia, you may have read my newly posted view on the food crisis. I want to read your view on this. Your response to the topic on poverty in Nigeria is highly resourceffull. It will interest you that our organisation and sister organisation, Charity Care Network Initiative are jointly presenting programmes that are chanelled toward raising awareness for the eradication of extreme poverty in Nigeria  and Africa at large. Among these are art exhibitions, which were staged at United Nations Information Centre, National Theatre and Lagos State House of Assembly in 2007,etc. I will be happy to share from your wealth of experience in our future events. We would have send hard copies of information brochures of these events to you, but we dont have your address; both email and postal. Here is my email address for further discussion and collaborations on humnaitarian issues: atikuolorunfunmi@yahoo.com  or capinhandinitiative@yahoo.com

Re: Open A Group Discussion on Humanitarian Issues

    Hi Jelili

I have diverse and long-standing views concerning poverty, hunger and all other attendant issues.

I would like to ee a group discussion centred upon and interwoven around 'Humanitarian issues' - but particularly those of 'extreme poverty and hunger'.

However, I cannot begin this today as Tuesday is the busiest day of each week just now, moreso because we are now approaching that time when educational facilities 'break' for the summer.

    I will be happy to

    a) read yours and oter members contribution to such a discussion wirhin this forum, and

    b) to provide my own thoughts and suggestions for some possible solutions - hopefully, later on this week

To this end, I will be in touch.

    Kind Regards - Safia
